Kyudo Website established August 1994, globally one of the first web servers (within the first 2,500), and certainly one of the first university web servers in Japan

RETIRED MARCH 2016; I NO LONGER HAVE A LABORATORY AND CANNOT DO RESEARCH.

Arabidopsis hypocotyl epidermis, GFP-ER, looping animated gif at 50x normal speed. Central cell focused at the plasma membrane. Note illumination of nuclear envelope, reticulated ER, and bright myristoyl ER bodies.

Welcome to my web site!

Here you can find information related to my research, teaching, and some personal stuff.

In recent years my research has moved to aspects of the plant cell related to the cytoskeleton, mostly using Arabidopsis hypocotyl (GFP-TU and GFP-ER). But I still maintain interest in the root hair, currently using clover and GFP-fusions of Lotus japonicus (GFP-TU and GFP-ER).

Please visit my publications page where some of our recent papers can be downloaded as pdfs.
